Objectives

To develop "Health and Beauty" professional skills in line with business needs, including fashion design and beauty care, as well as three core competencies of humanistic aesthetics, professional services and creative design so as to nurture the healthy and beautiful expert in the hair and beauty industry.

Characteristics

Five-year junior college focuses on students learning effectiveness. Simultaneously, we dedicated to create a "healthy, caring, beautiful" learning environment.

1. Teaching-oriented: Our teaching communities are assembling health and beauty professional teachers, industry, outside experts and students to consultation with each other. Our professional classrooms equip with 3D simultaneous high resolution photography, enhance teaching and practical effect, and make further efforts to cultivate fashion design, beauty care practice professionals.

2. Curriculum-oriented: Undergraduate department schedules two major areas of curriculum design of "Beauty and Health Care" and "Fashion Design"; meanwhile, we will provide "specialized" and "practical" courses through the curriculum map. We cultivate general ability during freshmen to third grade, who are take the course of " Skin Care ", "Hair Dressing", " Facial Beautification ", etc. As for the fourth and fifth grade students, to meet with students' personal interests or future career planning needs, we strengthen industry-academic cooperation in internship programs and foster students' practical abilities; further to achieve the professional core competence, and consequently nurture cosmetology and beauty professionals.

3. Certificate-oriented: Tutoring to obtain basic professional certification within five years, the first grade is “Level C technician for beauty”, second grade is “Level C technician for female hairdressing”, third grade is “Level C technician for men’s hairdressing”, and fourth grade is “Level B technician for beauty” and “Level B technician for female hairdressing. In addition, they are allowed to get extra certificates such as Nail painting, CPR and so on.

4. Equipment-oriented: Our junior college equipped with beauty, hairdressing, male hairdressing national B and C test the examination rooms, including Shiatsu salon center, make-up classrooms, skin care classrooms, beauty health classrooms, overall design and other professional classrooms. Ordinarily we take these classrooms as a professional teaching, skills training and examinations tutoring, to achieving the result of "training and certifying unity" and serve as a venue for continuing education and competition tests.

5. Enter a higher school guide-oriented: Either 2 year technical college / transfer exam within related departments, such as beauty department, beauty style design department, fashion design department, beauty fashion design department, fashion design department, cosmetics application and management department, and so on or they can apply graduate school after graduated above three years accompanied with work experience.

6. Career Opportunities-oriented: Fashion Stylist, Bridal Secretary, Beautician / Beauty Tutor, Nail Art Painter, Hair Designer, Scalp Manager, Men's Professional Barber, Body Beauty Therapist, Aromatherapy SPA, Medical Beauty - Beauty Division, Film Special Make-Up Artist, Professional Cosmetics Marketing Staff, etc.

Students won a champion award for bride makeup in the international make-up contest, whose skills were cultivating through beauty technology courses and continue to rigorous training.
